First buyer pilot
The fixed $5,000 fee covers up to 24 Ashiba hours across a ten-business-day target, one current requirement or commitment, up to three provider responses, one acceptance plan, and one decision record. The buyer pays half at the start and half at delivery. The fee does not depend on a purchase. The buyer or provider pays compute and outside test costs directly.
What happens next
I will confirm whether the requirement fits the current pilot. If it does, we will define the purchase question, the evidence needed, and the work before either side shares sensitive material.
Do not send private workload data, credentials, or contract files in the first note.

Send the capacity that is installed and testable, the buyer it fits, the contracting entity, and the evidence available before signature. Please disclose whether any proposed payment depends on a transaction.
